How We Process Your Order
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your purchase.
Pack & Dispatch
Our team carefully packs your items within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
In Transit
Your package is on its way. Track its journey in real time using the link sent to your email and phone.
Delivered
Your order arrives at your doorstep. We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard. Simply log in, go to My Orders, and click Track next to your order.
Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all pin codes across India ΓÇö from metropolitan cities to remote towns. Our courier partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others depending on your location.

What If Something Goes Wrong?
Delayed Package
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link first. If the status has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact our support team with your order number.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the pickup receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at support@reshamvastram.com with photos for a quick resolution.
Lost Package
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the courier and ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.
Wrong Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number and corrected address.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders. The option will be shown at checkout if available for your pin code.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Orders are shipped individually based on availability. We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
